Monday 22nd
Once the decision to go was made we washed as much as we could, kids did some school work but were allowed to work for money when they had finished and it took all day to pack and get organised! We had emptied all the boxes on top of the car so it was like starting from scratch and that was good as we have replaced some things and made other things fit better. One thing I did notice was that we haven't used our bag showers, but it's not the end yet! Tim put new brakes on the back of the car and again used a patch of flat ground out at Ian and Kym's to do that on, which we so appreciated.
So now it is out to Kakudu, Katherine, Mount Isa and across to Townsville then up to Cairns. So the internet coverage will probably be none existent for a while!
