Zebede Springs and ElQuestro

Wednesday 19th
We got an early  start and headed out to ElQuestro. We first went into Zebede hot springs as they close at 12noon for the afternoon is only tour groups. The water was hot like a bath and the closer you were to where the water was coming out of the ground the hotter it was.
Who's that with big blue eyes? They were just little pools so we squeezed in together, but we live like that so it didn't bother us!
The only trouble was that you got cold when you hopped out. We walked through heaps of palms to get there. Very pretty. We then moved onto ElQuestro gorge.
This is at the start of the  walk. You may have noticed that Baylee is wearing quite an attractive hat. He found this on the ground next to the car where we pulled up. He pulled up the corners and tied then with a very spiky leaf.
We stopped at the first pool and the kids swam. The gorge walls were covered in ferns.  We were told that the walk further on had a lot of large boulders so we thought that might be enough for everyone so we headed back after the kids had a few hours swim.
This is a water crossing on the way to ElQuestro gorge. It was the deepest one yet!!!
On the way back to Kununurra the kids were eating biscuits and Zane asked for a salada and Manning called out " Don't give him a salada, he's a maniac!"It's a line off a movie they had been watching. I think my kids sometimes  watch too much tv!
